According to snapcraft website vlc, Firefox are available as a snap format

but when I try to install any of them via the command line they couldn't be installed does anyone have any fixes for this

error: snap "vlc" not found

The apps you are trying to install are 64-bit applications but you use a 32-bit OS, that's the reason why you can't install them. Your machine should be able to run 64-bit-OS though.
