AMD Sempron X4 3850 on Ubuntu 18.10 Server

I have just upgraded my server OS from version 16.04 LTS to 18.10 and I noticed HDMI disconnects after BIOS screen. (I can connect with SSH) I added nomodeset to grub options and this fixed the issue. However, Ubuntu 18.10 does not seem to have Radeon HD 8280 / R3 Series driver. Could you please guide me?
