different content on the website and txt file

Good evening, while i'm trying to get SSL from Lets Encrypt i am choosing --manual type to make a file manually(not on the same machine).

So, i am making a file via NANO editor, but when i try to check that everything is okay i get wrong symbols on the screen :D

I thought mb is the problem of encoding? But looks like no, cause when i try do change it to UTF-8 i get the same.

Any ideas?

Also tried to make a file on windows and the to bring it via FTP, but still same.

On the VPS is: ubuntu 16.04

Interesting, but when i change 5C-8IBTN-jp-vCxrp4eapHT1NqPUCL5SjqK95X30vto.LD...THIS PART..._U(same row, but a few more symbols) nothing changes on the site.
