Camera not working properly after installing new version of Ubuntu (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS)

Hello I have dell Inspiron 3542 laptop, I installed ubuntu on it and it was working perfectly before but after installing this new version my camera not working properly

  1. Very low fps 1 or 2
  2. Black and white only

every other thing are working fine

why is this happening please help?
