I have smartctl reporting errors for drives that can't be explained, that I need to replace the drives.
Error is never on my root device, only the secondary device (only have hard disks, all 3 are WD drives, one has since been removed).
The error does not appear to be a boot-time error. Some time after startup, smartctl reports the "READ FPDMA QUEUED" that was recorded by the kernel via the pop-up window about drive about to fail.
The syslog is showing the following:

Since I have nothing reported under the "WHEN FAILED" column, does that mean that I can ignore that?
Is there anything else in that report which would suggest the drive be scrapped for reasons of aging or wear?
This posting suggests that the issue is cabling, but I just did the cleaning of the connector pins and cable swaps and the issue persists.
