How to see list of ASCII code on the terminal

Once on a web site, I saw one command which shows the list of all ASCII codes on the terminal. But now I forgot that website and also that command. I need the list of them. Is there a command which shows the list of ASCII codes on the terminal?

  1. just press Ctrl+Alt+T on your keyboard to open Terminal. When it opens, run the command(s) below:

    man ascii

    There's the command ascii in the package ascii (not installed by default) :-)

    $ ascii
Usage: ascii [-dxohv] [-t] [char-alias...]
   -t = one-line output  -d = Decimal table  -o = octal table  -x = hex table
   -h = This help screen -v = version information
Prints all aliases of an ASCII character. Args may be chars, C \-escapes,
English names, ^-escapes, ASCII mnemonics, or numerics in decimal/octal/hex.
