I tried to install ffmpeg in trusty/Ubuntu 14.04 and got the following message:
$sudo apt-get install ffmpeg

I have Ubuntu 11.10 (32 bit) and an Asus A6 VA laptop.
PPA seems to be constantly offline. Whenever I use sudo apt-get update, this error is shown:
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/ 404 Not Found
How do I fix these errors?
I switched from SLES to Ubuntu and now I want to restart my local server. In SLES I used:
rcapache2 restart
but this seems not to work in Ubuntu.
How do I restart Apache?
