A few days ago Microsoft's Intune disappeared from the Ubuntu laptop. I tried to reinstall it, but there is a dependency problems. Did jammy move to a new version of this lib? Or did I mess something up?

When I use ls -al $HOME/.local/share/gnome-shell/ it's no problem, but when I use ls -al $HOME/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/ it will apear the text ls cannot access. I search in many website, but I cannot solve this problem.

I found out that the above command is not the solution.

I can't change to a directory, but I can list its contents with ls -la, and it looks like this.

I tried changing the owner and tried setting permissions to 777, but neither one works. It's either permission denied or operation not permitted. The files are definitely there and they are not deleted, but how do I regain access to them?

I really did not have any idea why a chmod -x recursive command would be dangerous like this, but it definitely is.

I am on a Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS server. I am trying to setup a virtual bridge with a bond as a slave using netplan. I am used to nmcli, and I know how to do it using nmcli, but netplan trumps nmcli. My bond has already been setup. Now I need to add a bridge to my netplan yaml file. How do I do this?

On Ubuntu 22.04 i can right click on a PDF > properties > Open with

AND in there i could select the default app to open a PDF, so next time i just have to double click. But on Ubuntu 24.04 i don't have that option to switch the default PDF viewer.

Does anyone knows how to change the default PDF Viewer on 24.04?
