I am having problems on a Cisco VPN.
ISSUE: Unable to open "Cisco Anyconnect Secure mobility client" on my Ubuntu 18.04 LTS after the complete installation.
I am able to see the icon on the application menu; but, when I launch the app it doesn't open. Below is the screenshot \ logs for your reference:
I've installed the cisco vpn client by running:
sudo apt install vpnc network-manager-vpnc network-manager-vpnc-gnome
When I try to connect to it however, it's asking me for a Group Password. My connection credentials don't include a group password, and I don't need one to connect to the same vpn using windows 10. There is an option to select "The password is not required" for the Group Password, but when I try to connect its still prompting me for a Group Password.
Is there a way to connect to the Cisco VPN without entering a Group Password?
I installed Packet Tracer 7.1 using command lines. It installed fine but when I type packettracer it just says
starting packettracer 7.1
but doesn't work. I tried every solution I found on the internet but they didn't work.
When I try to connect using the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client, I receive this error:
Connection attempt has failed due to server certificate problem.
I happened to have this problem in my previous Ubuntu 11.10 installation. That time I could fix it using some tutorials on the internet (I don't remember which one). Basically, they suggested installing 4-5 packages and then some ln -s. But this time none of them are working. Can anyone help me step by step?

how to uninstall cisco vpn client (any connect) from commend line on ubuntu 12.04?
or disable it for automatically start?
