I would like to modify the ubuntu 20.04 installation iso to include (vlc, audacious,mc,rar, unrar, spanish support, etc), remove (totem, rhythmbox, english support, etc) and upgrade packages. Use Cubic but change the permissions of various system directories. Leading to a security risk. For example /etc and /usr have 777 I need customize installer becouse the computers I want installer don't have network acces I need customize installer because I live in Cuba and is very difficult access online repository from anywhere also the connections are too slow for example in this PC (256kbs).
I have mental disability. Is there a way to create a custom notification for Android Messages where the Ubuntu screen shakes/flashes or does something to get my attention when my phone can't vibrate like normal to get my attention. Example the Android Messages Desktop program is minimized or covered up by my browser and I cant hear the sound notification set to alert me that I have a new message? If phone vibrates in my pocket no problem. Can I create a custom notification in Ubuntu with something that shakes the display or does something strange that tell me to check the window to see the message? My memory problems needs my phone 24/7 but 5 feet away might as well be 5 hundred feet! Thank you so much for ideas people!! Sounds silly to you, but critical for me.
I have made a custom ISO image using Cubic. I had installed the applications I required and deleted the ones I didn't. But I want to change the preset wallpapers, my shell and save my different configuration files so that after installing the ISO everything is just the way I want it.
How do I do this? Where do I place the files and what files do I need to copy?
I'm getting the error below when I am trying to use Grub Customizer on Ubuntu
grub-customizer: error while loading shared libraries: libatkmm-1.6.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I am not sure where exactly what has gone wrong as I only installed Ubuntu today.

Starting today, on top of a fully up-to-date version of 17.10 and Grub Customizer, when booting, first the background image and colored menu as set in Grub Customizer appears and then immediately, the grub menu appears as it would without Grub Customizer, but only occupying the upper left eighth of the screen. The menu still works correctly, so it's only a cosmetic issue. I could just delete Grub Customizer but I have grown accustomed to my splash screen at bootup and would like to retain it.
