I am using Kubuntu 20.04, but the question probably also applies to older versions.
When clicking on a .sh file in Dolphin (File Manager), I got a pop-up screen with the following text:
What do you wish to do with this executable file?
☐ Do not ask again
Open Execute Cancel
I choose "Execute" and checked "Do not ask again".
How do I undo this, so I get the pop-up screen again?
Could someone help with an update on how to clear the "Recently Saved" items in Dolphin?
It seems to be an old issue, and I have only found very old answers which did not seem to have any effect (Clear recent history, Forget everything, etc).
I am installing Kubuntu on a replacement PC for my wife, and I am hoping that there is a simple answer for a basic PC user.
A simple right-click, clear all option would have been nice for basic users though.

I am really liking the power of Dolphin and all the KDE tools that go along with using it. What can I do to connect over FTP/SFTP with Dolphin?
I've recently came back to Ubuntu from Kubuntu, but I really like Dolphin. Is there any way how to set it up as default file manager?
I am using dolphin as my file manager and when I download something via firefox, I right click the download dialog and choose "open folder", I always get nautilus.
Why doesn't firefox open the folder with dolphin? Thanks
Note: I tried adding the tag "dolphin" but because of my low rep I can't create new tags :(
