hamster on Ubuntnu 20.04: nothing happens after installing it?

I am trying to use the time-tracking software hamster, which I installed from the snap: hamster-snap.

Now when I try to launch it, I see nothing happen... could be a bug, or me just not understanding how to launch/use it? I don't see any icon in the notification bar for example?
