I was trying to create a partition using gparted but it wasn't allowing me. I logged in through root user and when I tried to create a partition, it won't let me.

And when I tried fdisk, I was able to create a partition but that crashed my storage. Hence I wanted to ask if there's some wy I can still reload the machine. I think my OS files are still safe because I created a partition for the OS in the beginning. It's the main stuff that's lost. What should I do? Also, what things should I take care of while creating partitions so that I don't crash my storage in the future?

Please let me know.

I'm using Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LTS and want to set Yandex.Disk (cloud storage web-service like Google Drive) here to be accessed from GUI.

How should I do this?

I see way more files in my mapped Google Drive dir in Ubuntu compared with what I see when I use the Google Drive web app. These extra items are also not in my "Shared with me" folder in the web app.

"Online accounts" includes nautilus-backed cloud drive support for google drive. This is very handy.

Is there an equivalent plug-in to provide support for Amazon cloud drive?

I am using Ubuntu Studio 12.04 although I have noticed the same in other 12.04 variants.

The dashboard of Ubuntu One says that I have used up 25Gigs of my 25Gigs storage subscription. I am nowhere near the 25Gigs.

Does anyone have any suggestions ?
