I have an owncloud server hosted on a virtual machine. I've been accessing it fine via My PC on the same network until randomly today this isn't working.
I just get the error "This site cannot be reached ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"
I don't really know where to start looking, as i haven't changed any settings/files.
I can still access the URL from the web browser on the virtual server in which it is hosted, just not through any PC on the network.
I would need help to pinpoint an issue which is needing me to restart the apache2 service every night approx always at the same time.
Virtualized Ubuntu Server 18.10 which is running the afore mentioned apache2 webserver, hosting an svn installation and an ownCloud installation
Background:
The whole used to work just fine without ever needing my attention, but now, after some upgrades at both some modules and php, every morning I find zombied apache2 processes and an unresponsive server. A simple sudo service apache2 restart is fixing it for good until next morning.
I'd need help to find the issue looking in the right logs and config files, please. Feel free to ask me any information about my system and I will add the details as EDITS

I created a cloud with owncloud run in docker. I download and extract this :

I open terminal in the folder and I type this :
sudo docker-compose up
So when I go to 127.0.0.1, that works, when I go to 192.168.1.36 that works too.
I opened the ports 80 for 192.168.1.36 and I go by my public IP address, and firefox tell me :
"Unable to connect"
So I try with Chrome and it say :
xx.xxx.xx.xx refused to connect ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
I try to change the addresses in the document docker-compose.yml but nothing changes.
PS : I use Ubuntu 18.10 Desktop
PS2 : I already try to stop docker and to start again but nothing changes.
Can someone tell me how to add "grauphel" to the owncloud server?
I have (easily) installed and setup the owncloud server and desktop client by using the repository. Logging into it and actually using it is just as seamless as drop box.
It has options of adding other features such as grauphel. I followed the link and downloaded the the grauphel package (grauphel download and support page), but there isn't many reference anywhere with the downloaded package of where to put it once downloaded so that it becomes integrated with owncloud.
The tar download comes with a readme file but it doesn't reference anywhere what to do with the extracted files.
Can someone help with how to perform this connection?
I have Owncloud installed and working, but I want it to use my secondary hard drive as opposed to the drive I have Ubuntu installed on. How is this possible?
The documentation is rather confusing and outdated (I'm using Owncloud 5).
