I'm using Kubuntu 21.04 and I had set the following action in klipper
youtube-dl %s
It works as expected: if I have the direction of a youtube video in the clipboard it download it, however the action happens silently. I want to know if there is a way to show the terminal when calling this action to see the progress of the download.
Im trying to run mongodb, as a service, in a different folder than the default one, located at /var/lib/mongodb in a kubuntu 20.04. I can run mongodb in a different folder but not as a service with the command mongod --dbpath /my-desired-path/ to run it in a custom folder, and I want to set this behavior running mongodb as a service. What Ive tried:
Setting the dbpath in the config file of mongodb and after changing the permissions of the folder given in dbpath to user mongodb and group mongodb. It doesn't works.
Moving the actual folder /var/lib/mongodb to my desired location and after putting a symlink to it in the original location. It neither works.
These two are the unique "solutions" that I found googling around but neither works. To run mongodb as a service I used sudo systemctl start mongod, what executes silently, after checking it status using sudo systemctl start mongod it throws the following error when I used the "solution" described in 1. above:

Using the "solution" 2. it throws a similar non-informative error. However passing this config file running mongod not as a service as mongod --config /etc/mongod.conf it works with no error. I need some help.
Every time I type x+ ^+ 2 in kate or any other text editor I get x². There is a way to change this behavior to get instead x^2, that is, to disable automatic superscripting?
I upgraded my installation of Kubuntu 19.10 to 20.04 some days ago and I discovered that now I can't access to my workgroup from dolphin in the LAN. Dolphin show a text in red and said that it cannot find any workgroup in my LAN, and also says that this can be cause some firewall. However I checked the firewall of kubuntu and it is still disabled.
But, strangely, the links that I created previously to places on the LAN works nicely. I dont know what to do, I tried to put the client min protocol in smb.conf to CORE as I had read in other similar questions but this doesn't work. I have set client max and client min protocol to NT1 as it was working before I upgraded to 20.04, but it doesn't work (by doesn't work I mean that I cannot access the workgroup from dolphin, the shared folders can be accessed from direct links).
Moreover: I have a fresh install of kubuntu 20.04 in a laptop and it have the same problem.
There is a way to fix this behavior?
I've defined a custom shortcut in the plasma settings (of a kubuntu 19.10 distribution) by Alt+Ñ (Im using a spanish distribution on the keyboard). Then if I press the hotkey nothing happens, however if I change the hotkey to some more 'universal' keys as Alt+J then the hotkey works as expected.
Someone knows how to fix this behavior?
I have installed kubuntu 19.10 and krunner doesn't find many files, however baloosearch find these files as expected. And of course I have enabled the desktop search in the settings of plasma search.
By example: I have a folder plenty of PDFs and MDs (markdown) files located in a mounted disk (this disk is mounted automatically at the start). Then making a search in the console using the baloosearch command I can find any file there (I put some words or string of the name of a file and then the location and complete name of the file appear almost instantly) however writting the same words or the complete name of a file in krunner then for some files (specially the new ones) they doesn't appear except in the case that I used it recently.
My plasmashell version is 5.16.5. I added the section of plugins in the configuration file, as has been asked in a comment:

I have Kubuntu 19.04 installed. Is there a way to force krunner to execute a string in konsole. I'm trying to execute the string "jupyter lab" lo launch jupyter but the option to be run in konsole doesn't appear.
Of course I can just open a console by CTRL+ALT+T and do it, but I want to know if there is a way to force a string to be executed as a console command from krunner.
I have installed Kubuntu 19.04 in a laptop and a pc. In the laptop Im trying to share, via samba, a ntfs partition with just data (this is not the partition where Kubuntu was installed).
Then right-clicking the partition in dolphin, in properties, I set it to be shared. Then the shared partition appears in the workgroup (in the net smb shared folders on dolphin), however trying to access to the partition dolphin says "the file or folder smb://user/data doesn't exists", however this doesn't happen with a different shared folder (this folder is the public folder that comes with the kubuntu installation, and I shared it via right-click also).
Strangely no one of the shared folders appear in the smb.conf file, but the public folder is shared correctly.
Im newby on linux distributions so I dont know exactly what Im doing wrong. Can you help me?
