I have issue regarding my swap size.
When I issue htop I get this output showing that I only have 2 GB of swap space:
Also when I check system monitor:
But, If I check the swap partition using Gparted, it is showing that I have 21 GB of swap space:
Also the output of swapon -s is:

Why Ubuntu isn't using all available swap space and just using 2GB?
ubuntu 18.04 software-properties-gtk failing when I try to open the software&update it doesn't open and when I tried to sudo software-properties-gtk
it return this error

I tried to reinstall software-properties-gtk but it didn't work I also tried to reinstall python-six packages as recommended by other blogs but also didn't solve my issue.
