Recently, I completely erased the old disk data and installed the 20.04 LTS version of Ubuntu. However, Ubuntu software is not working properly. Also I can't even install the software. Please refer to the following: Why don't appear categories items in Ubuntu Software?

Therefore, I tried to reinstall the Ubuntu software by referring to the following documents, but the following error occurred:

However, text is visible in the normal standard-themed mode. I think it's Ubuntu's user interface error.

Installation of mariaDB lasted for a long time, ending the terminal process.

$ sudo apt-get install mariadb-server mariadb-client

Attempting to install MariaDB again caused the following problems:

Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend. It is held by process 31891 (apt-get) - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)

So I found the following solution.

$ sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock
$ sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
$ sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock*

$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
$ sudo apt update

But this also occured some problem:

$ sudo dpkg --configure -a

I deleted and reinstalled MariaDB, but the installation did not complete for a long time.

I'm going to remove the software that is not installed as a package manager from Ubuntu 19.10.

The software that I'm going to remove, is installed with Ardour software. The installation method is as follows this.

The software that needs to be removed does not even exist in the snap folder. I've accessed the root folder, but I don't know which one to remove.

The software I am trying to erase is as follows:

I tried to find a way to remove the software from the site, but I found nothing. I want to contact them, but I can't see their contact information.
