My laptop is Inspiron 5570, OS: Ubuntu 21.04, My Battery is removed and the laptop runs on AC.
The issue is that I am stuck at powersave and unable to keep the system running on best performance
The power options at settings aren't working, I tried many TLP ( software Slimbook, cpufreq, CPU Power Manager, etc... ) but all didn't work, Bios options didn't solve the issue too.
This bug keeps me stuck in activities overview mode showing me all running programs and folders and I can't access any of them.
I thought it was related to the browser and asked about that but we reached no answer.
I accessed from many users and found that the issue still exists.
I made some trials and found that it happens when I try to move between my running programs, folders, etc...
@!0,27;BDH: I have no idea what this is, even searching online only led me to one post, you can see it in the picture. I can close all other programs but @!0,27;BDH can't be closed. Sometimes it doesn't appear but I will still be stuck at the activities overview
The issue has been there since 20.10.
I updated the kernel from 5.11.0-18-generic to 5.13.0-051300rc4-generic and my version is 21.04, the bug stayed.

I wanted to fully uninstall lutris. What I did is run these commands:
sudo apt remove lutris
sudo apt autoremove
Sadly I found that there are 27 GB still in the directories (local , share, lutris, runners, wine).
Permission read only doesn't change even as root ubuntu 19.10 .I tried chmod again and again through terminal but nothing happen , I did a this

when ever I wrote ( chmod -R a+rwx /dir*** ) as I lost all hope it still resulted with read only , I can't access any data on the hard disk aside from those at Home , why the commands to change permission fail ?
It's my first time installing Ubuntu. I deleted Windows and installed Ubuntu 19.10 but now my NTFS Partitions are mounted as read-only even when I change it to read-write it turns back time after time. What do I need to do?
I am afraid to do any action that may lead me to lose data.
edit 1 : as I used ( /etc/fstab ) lines it gave me permission denied every time so I used mount and checked the long list , it clearly say Read only indeed. sir : Jos /// I am new to ubuntu thank u for checking the post and advice . sir : oldfred
the files on my dev/sda1,2,3 are read-only. I cannot copy files into it or remove files from it or do any actions to anything not even creat folders, I run from my Administrator account and I open properties to find it read and write but when I do any action it say there is no permission read only file > I am new to ubuntu system so I don really know If this issue cause of installing or I should do some command to unlock all my files ( notice that I can create folder save files and do anything just fine at /home )
