I setup a samba share between my Ubuntu 20.04 and my Nvidia shield. I just noticed tonight that my computer goes on deep sleep even if I'm currently watching a video from my Shield. Is it normal ? I guess it shouldn't go on deep sleep while the computer's hard drive is in use though ?

Since installing Ubuntu 20.04 last June, I was getting some glitches after monitor's wake up and those were going away after just passing the mice cursor in it. Note that those graphic glitches are very specific because I'm getting them only on my 2nd monitor which has Google Chrome open.
Since about a week now I'm noticing that those glitches are still on the 2nd monitor and my Chrome's tabs but now I can't just pass my cursor on it to make them going away. Those are way more pronounced than before and the only solution is to close my Google Chrome and open it again.
This is not a huge deal but I was wondering if anyone is experiencing the same thing ?
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS Graphic: Nvidia Geforce 970 GTX , Nvidia 440 driver (Same driver since I initially installed Ubuntu)
Edit: I also notice the glitches seem to be there when the computer was actually in deep sleep.

Desktop computer, Ubuntu 20.04, Nvidia 440 proprietary driver.
I set my power management via "settings" to turn my monitor off after 8mins and make my computer go on sleep after 1hour.
Issue:
Those parameters are not always working. Sometimes it works as expected, sometimes my monitor / desktop doesn't turn off at all and keep being awake.
I tried to isolate the issue as much as possible but I cleared off all scenarios. Example: I was thinking first that maybe an app in a background was forcing my desktop to keep awake. I only have 2 apps in background, Chromium and Discord. I tried to do as much combination as possible but actually the issue occurs in whatever scenario ( apps turn off, no discord in background, discord in background ect... ) again, sometimes it goes on sleep, sometimes it just keeps awake for hours ..
My issue is that from a Terminal perspective I don't really know where to look at ? Is there any settings that I could force to apply those settings no matter what ?

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
My issue:
Dual monitors setup with one 1080p @60hz and another monitor 1440p @144hz. Running on proprietary Nvidia driver 440. Monitor is properly setup at 144hz from display settings and the other one at 60hz. I can clearly see that only the mouse cursor is running at 144hz but other windows ect.. are stuck at 60hz. If I disconnect my 60hz monitor, then the issue is fixed and everything is running at 144hz on my main monitor (cursor + windows).

Trying to find a solution on the internet, I understand that this issue has been around for a while with Gnome Desktop. Is there any news / update on it? Any workaround or bug report to Ubuntu team ?
