Does somebody else have the same error when running sudo apt update?

UPDATE 2021-12-25:

Using a vpn somehow makes me being able to run sudo apt update without any errors.

When running sudo apt upgrade it gets stuck at:

Preparing to unpack .../00-linux-image-5.4.0-90-generic_5.4.0-90.101_amd64.deb ...

I killed the process and ran sudo dpkg --configure -a, then I tried again but the same problem happend again. The package name that apt got stuck is named linux-image-5.4.0-90-generic

Solved:

The solution is to reboot TWICE in my case. When I posted this question I only rebooted one time but when rebooting again apt upgraded linux-image-5.4.0-90-generic successfully without getting stuck.

When opening gnome software and clicking the update icon, then these errors show up.

Should I ignore it?

EDIT 2021-12-21: None of the answers below seems to work.

I ran sudo chmod 764 /usr and then my laptop rebooted, now I can't open Ubuntu login screen anymore. Help me please.

I solved it! Boot in recovering mode and then open root console. I wrote chmod 755 /usr and then rebooted.

I installed OpenShot video editor by using sudo apt install openshot from the official repository, then I tried to open it by using openshot-qt command and it camed errrors, here's the output:

I am using UBUNTU 20.04.

I installed OBS studio version 25.0.3 on ubuntu 20.04 and want to make a youtube video by screen recording, but I don't want people to see when I click on stop record button in my video. So is it any shortcut-keys to stop recording the screen using OBS( or start recording)?

Can someone delete the files in the ring on ubuntu 20.04?
