I've updated my system from 21.10 to 22.04 and NetworkManager go crazy. 32% cpu usage. Plasma crashes(I believe because of this). But Logs I can see it constantly reconnects to wifi also. How to fix it? Did anyone experience such behavior? Wifi worked perfectly on the previous ubuntu version.
Maximus's questions
I'm running kubuntu 21.04 and decided to go with the new Kde available because it has vital feature control audio output to analog/HDMI directly in the sound applet. But it also broke X window session, anyway it runs pretty good with Wayland and decided to proceed. Only on the little issue here. Yakuake not autostarting and response only once at F12 after this it never hides but can be overlapped by other windows and I cant call it again on top or hide it just sit in back of my windows. Which eliminates the whole purpose of this terminal. Any workaround here? with X window it worked just fine
Version 21.04.3
KDE Frameworks 5.84.0,
Qt 5.15.2 (build 5.15.2),
wayland

I have issue with locales. I'm living in Estonia. If I choose country like Estonia. I'll have calendar and other local things in Estonian, but I with have it in English. And no options for make different language for Estonia. Can be work around this? Actually this issue exists in any distro. Ubuntu team assuming that county you currently is set you language, which is not always true.
I need automount for internal and external storages. On boot and on connect. For now I have to click in file manager to make it accessible which is weird for 2016! I know that only udev can be involved in it. But cant find a way for modern ubuntu, all tutorials bit out of date(used HAL and so on). I don't want use fstab also. P.S. This should work without any 'heads' like KDE, Unity, Gnome. Just from runlevel 3 and so on. Minimum requirements. (no automount daemon).
I'm using byobu on the server. Then I logged in my kde I just close a tab with byobu session. But how I can disconnect if I'll use just console terminal? I mean one of Ctrl+ things.
I have weir issue with my asus laptop in have only one usb3.0 and it works, sometimes.. sometimes it just dies.

O just reconnect usb-dongle, wifi begin works. It's inconvenient. Seems like a but for me. Any suggestions? On fresh installed netrunner( based on that version ubuntu) no that issue at all. Seems for me that update from Ubuntu LTS went wrong somewhere.
