Is there a way to set the maximum final size for video converting using ffmpeg (or any other CLI based video converter)?
Like if I have an 100mb video and want to convert it to a 10mb video with the highest quality possible, considering the final format isn't important.
How can I get back the old Inkscape icons?
I tried: sudo cp /usr/share/inkscape/icons/icons.svg ~/.config/inkscape/icons/ but it still doesn't work.
System: Ubuntu 16.04

Update Ok, the problem was KDE, changing gnome applications setting GTK solved the problem by choosing gnome for icons.
Is there a way to install Miro for Ubuntu 16? the latest version is only compatible with ubuntu 15.
I know it has many alternatives but imo, any of them comes close when it comes to GUI. TomaHawk as a nice GUI but it's too big for me.
In Windows I can use circular/Chiral scrolling by drawing very small circles (green circles) but in Ubuntu/Linux I have to make big circles to makes it work. Otherwise the page keep going up and down.
I've installed Ubuntu on my Toshiba Satellite L775 but the biggest problem is that I can't reduce the screen luminosity, It's too too bright and I almost can't use it at night.
