I want to install Zen Browser from builds on my Linux (Kubuntu 24.04.1 LTS) system, but I’m not sure about the best way to do it. I’d love some help with the steps, especially for downloading, extracting, and setting it up so I can easily access it from my applications menu or desktop with all user account.
Shezan's questions
App installed using apt
package manager starts running when I type the app name in terminal like firefox
. [Using Kubuntu 22.04]
which firefox
This command will show the path of firefox
in my system.
In case of Flatpak apps, how to run the the flatpak app without
flatpak run org.mozilla.firefox
So, how can I find flatpak app's path like which firefox
.
I need it so that I can set brave browser
app in $CHROME_EXECUTABLE path for flutter development.
I have switched to kubuntu 22.04 from windows and I am liking it. But the fact that Three Control options ( minimize, maximize, close) are taking its own row is very annoying.
I do not need title at window's titlebar.
like This Firefox.
But Brave browser is quite good with its own setup.
How can I make firefox and all other windows like those things in a single row?
