I have a 14 inch 4k Display on my laptop and a full hd monitor attached.
I'd like to set scaling 200 om my laptop and 100 un the monitor. How can I change the scaling separately for monitors?
I've got an e-ink display and would like to disable redshift on just this screen, but keep it enabled on the other two monitors. How do I setup this? Is it possible to increase contrast as well? (The Chrome high contrast extension is good for the browser.)
When I first connect the headset it works fine, but if I stop playback for some minutes and try to use it later again it gives cracking sounds and only works with breaks. I need to switch it off and on again and try different modes in sound settings before it works in a2dp mode again. sometimes it requires to switch it on and off multiple times Problem occurs on ubuntu 16.04 but I think it was on 14.04 as well. On windows, mac os, ios and android same headset makes no problems
I am trying to get my monitor working with 4K resolution. It works with live cd but doesn't with my installed system. Which files can I compare to find out the reason?
I currently have ubuntu 14.04 with lamp stack running in virtualbox under win 8.1. I use PhpStorm inside the virtualbox. Virtualbox is running fine except for some flickering and screen refresh issues sometimes.
I think maybe to run PhpStorm under Windows and share my home/project folder with samba. I would do svn/git commits from windows as well
Is it safe from any side effects like wrong file encoding or file rights?
