An Ubuntu VPS has this graphics driver, however when installing Xorg and Xfce4 I always get a no screens found(EE) error message and can't figure out how to install screen for this Ubuntu.

The video driver is the following:

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling xorg and followed many tutorials, but I can't step over the no screens found error. There are xserver-xorg-video-intel, xserver-xorg-video-nvidia, etc., but I can't figure out how to install desktop for this graphics card. (I also don't know if a user can succeed by installing a different driver i.e. intel, while the preinstalled Ubuntu has virtio).

Is it possible, that every upload I make (through sFTP clients, like winscp,filezilla or whatever) , the owner was set to www-data instead of root? If possible to give examples for any of the above mentioned sFTP clients, I will be glad.

Throughout internet, I've only found references to add ondrej/php repository in order to upgrade to PHP-8 (on Ubuntu, if that matters). I am not familiar, either who is ondrej (sorry for that, maybe he is like "Linus in PHP world", but I am not veteran dev and don't know) and wanted to know, is that safe way to install PHP 8 and is that official repository?

update: Turned out there are ways compile official php (from github).

I've tried

sudo apt-get remove python-certbot-apache
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python-certbot-apache
sudo apt-get remove  python3-certbot-apache
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove python3-certbot-apache

but when I run command certbot it still is recognized. How can I completely remove it, thus, typing that command was like any unrecoginzed command.

How can we setup a Desktop GUI on our remote VPS server, where we have only access to it's terminal (and no DESKTOP is setup there yet), so after that we could connect to that desktop (using Windows 10 Remote Desktop, VNC or whatever...). What is step-by-step? i.e.

apt-get install ...
// then ???

then how to configure, setup login password & user, etc... what is step-by-step?

Note! I can't follow the tutorials where is said "click this or that" because I have only access to terminal and can only do things in command-line. So, I need to know how to setup everything completely from terminal.
