I downloaded Pencil from https://pencil.evolus.vn and installed the .deb file successfully but whenever I try to open the application nothing happens. it appears in the dock for a few moments but it won't open. is there something missing?!

I'm on ubuntu 18.4 (kernel version : 4.17)

I have virtual box 5.0.14 on my Ubuntu with extension Pack 5.0.16 which makes virtual box stop working. how do I upgrade my VB to latest version? I followed instruction in the screen shot but there are some errors. when I add Virtual box repository via the second command nothing just happens. then I run the Oracle Public Key downloading command (third one in the picture) it returns this: no valid OpenPGP data found. I run "sudo apt-get install dkms" and it says dkms is already the newest version. what am I missing here?

Actually I want to upgrade VB rather downgrading the Extension pack. I looked at the official website, it says I have to add a source to my source list but when I add the line in terminal I get this.

I even tried to add it form the software center but it didn't work. obviously there is a way to install the latest version, isn't it? why is this getting so mixed up?!!

I want to extend my home partition size but Gparted won't start. I also tried live boot mode but the error is still there. Is there something wrong with my disk? I really need to add some space to my home folder so that I can run a Virtual Machine on my Ubuntu. If you know any solution to this problem I'd really appreciate your help.

I downloaded ISO file but when I try to boot from USB it says bootmgr is missing. I can boot that ISO file in virtual machine so I assume the file is OK. I had Ubuntu 14.04 with unity installed but didn't like unity at all.

I burned ISO file to DVD but can't boot from that either, should I download the file again? I have a very low speed connection.

Please help me to solve this. Thanks.
