I was able to make Shift+Space to change input language but then Gnome's default settings app made Space to change input language as well. It is not what I wanted.
I wasn't able to find Shift+Super in Gnome Tweak Tools.
Is there some place where I can manually enter key names for switching input language?
Alt + Shift disables shortcuts that use Alt+Shift (Alt + Shift + K, Alt + Shift + I) in my IDE. I really got used to alt+shift on Ubuntu. I used to use Ctrl+Shift but ctrl involves even more shortcuts so I re-learned to Alt+Shift, but at the end of day it still annoys me that I must find workarounds to make shortcuts work in software because Alt + shift prevents any Alt+Shift related shortcuts from working. Is there any fix of this at the moment?
Twitter, Google they are all dark. How to disable it? In OS or in browser? I use a standard appearance theme in Ubuntu (not light and not dark).
I would like everything to be light, as it used to be.

Does somebody know what's up with it? I see squares instead of text.
I am pretty annoyed with this on Gnome that when you hit a key few times you end up typing a word in the search bar instead of jumping to the next search result.
Are there some other DE that do it like Windows? It is far more convenient way to find something quick imo. Why this is impossible on Ubuntu?

I would like to use emmet/zen coding on Ubuntu but I haven't found any simple text editor that supports it preferably with easy to install way. A plugin for Geany (which is pretty similar to Notepad++) is very old and hard to install. Are there some other editors?
UPD: I've found Bluefish that is even more alike Notepad++, shortcuts and functionality are pretty close in default package.
Notepad++ as snap is slow (main reason) and ugly and also Emmet is not in the main plugin repository. It is hard to install emmet for notepad++ as well.

My Network Manager is broken, I don't have internet, what do I do? I don't know how to copy a file from Windows to Ubuntu (dualboot). I don't have USB stick.
In Windows WIFI works fine.
I was surfing the Internet, and suddenly (I didn't do anything, did change any settings, only were using browser) - Interned disappeared. I thought something with the router, I rebooted it, then my phone and the other Ubuntu-PC successfully reconnected, but my notebook Can not access any server. Looks like there is no Internet.
But if I start expressvpn connect it can successful access its servers and establish the connection, and than my browser can show web pages.
What happened, how to reset this behavior? I can not access Internet with VPN being connected.

I tried reinstall ExpressVPN too - didn't help.

I want to compile keepassx 0.4. It says I need qmake. I enter apt-get install qmake and nothing happens.

I have made all steps from How to share files through the local network?
I am able to connect to my PC1, if it works as WIFI router with its built in WIFI adapter, but if I connect it to my WIFI router, it has internet.
My second PC2 are connected to the same WIFI router too and has internet.
I know IPs of both. I can not connect with sftp in both ways.
In first case it says: Oops! Something went wrong, Unhandled error message. Timed out when logging in.
The PC2 says: Unable to access location. No route to host
my PC1's IP: 192.168.0.101, and second IP 192.168.0.102
How to find out what's wrong. I am really tired of messing up with USB flash drive and copy/move files with it.
I've wasted an hour for this with no result.

I want to make Krusader User Action which lists selected files. I know I can do it in terminal like ls -1 > list.txt and than delete unwanted.
But I'm looking something like gedit newDoc.txt < %aList("Selected")%.
I checked Gedit help and Google. Did not found how to send text in Gedit, only how to open new documents or existing documents. Is my idea possible at all?
When I try gedit newDoc newText it creates two tabs with name "newDoc" and "newText".
