I am trying to remove a snap package, leagueoflegends, but i am getting this error:

error: cannot perform the following tasks:
- Disconnect leagueoflegends:desktop-legacy from core:desktop-legacy (internal error: connection "leagueoflegends:desktop-legacy core:desktop-legacy" not found in state)

I have attempted to remove the snap package from all the folders its stored at except for /snap/leagueoflegends, where I am getting write-protection error: "cannot remove ... "Read-only file system".

I have a tl-wn722n. I installed the driver 8188eu using dkms and then ran it with modprobe the first time after installing ubuntu 16.04 and it was working. Now after a forceful shut down (through the power button), the wifi isn't working. I tried to run sudo modprobe 8188eu but I am getting modprobe:ERROR: could not insert '8188eu8': Exec format error. How can I fix this? Thank you

I have been trying to use my Universities Internet which requires proxy settings . The problem is I get the error "ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED" in chrome and a similar error in firefox whenever I try to open a non-intranet site . Now the weird thing is if i click on the wifi icon in the toolbar(which restarts the connection) the internet works for a few seconds until the connection to the wifi is established again and then stops working. Why does this happen and how it's even possible ?

When I suspend it, display goes off but the fans in the case are still working and the case lights don't blink slowly(like they normally do when the pc suspends), in short it didn't fully suspend however for example my g15 keyboard lights are off. Now, when i press any key to wake it the keyboard lights goes on but the lcd app doesn't start and obviously their is no display in the monitor.

My graphics card is : HD Radeon 5770

So there is this app which is called microsoft maren that allows you to type arabic using an english keyboard (you type in english characters and it transliterate it to arabic). Thing is this app is only avaialable for windows , so I tried installing it with wine but the problem is I can't seem to find the option for microsoft maren in the languages which in windows would be with the arabic language... Any ideas ?
