Any idea how to change the background image on the screen, where you enter encryption password? It's the noise-texture by default, the same as the default login screen background. Very dull.
I am running 19.10.

Essentially, when you are installing Ubuntu, you can choose to encrypt the whole HDD. If you do this, you will get this screen before the OS starts loading. I would like to change the this dull background to some custom image.
I installed Codelite today and writing some C++. However the code auto-formatter doesn't seem to work. I went to keyboard shortcuts and I can see it should by default be set to CTRL+I. I suspect I need the plugin, because I can see this in keyboard shortcuts window:
I don't have any plugins installed currently, which I can see in plugin manager. There are some plugins mentioned on the official website, but nothing about formatter plugin. Any idea where I can find this plugin?
I had a very simple set of iptables rules on a newly installed system:

After installing qemu-kvm my rules were adjusted (from what I read by libvirt), to make my virtual machines use the network - this is all fine.
However, every time I restart my host PC, rules get enriched by exactly the same set for qumu-kvm. So after couple of restarts this is how my rules look like:

You can see a lot of them are just copied multiple times. If I don't clean this regularly it becomes really messy as you can imagine.
I don't want to paste another long console output, but when I do sudo iptables -vL I can see all these doubles applied.
Question is why does it happen and how to prevent this?

I don't know much about POL, but from what I read their forum it looks to me it may be a common problem on Ubuntu 18.04. I was wondering if anybody knows how to sort this out?
I have a simple set of iptables rules which start on boot a script in /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/:

Rules used to be saved and loaded properly until I installed ExpressVPN.
The software modifies my iptables rules each time I use it (which makes sense). But also sometimes (on random) when I haven't used it my rules get adjusted with some rules which include xvpn - so I assume it has to do with ExpressVPN. It's very annoying as it affects my connection and overall laptop performance.
My question is: how to disable firing these additional rules (without uninstalling ExpressVPN). Any idea what can be starting them? I can see nothing obvious on startup or in /etc/network/ folders, nothing in cron either. Where else can I look for scripts that can be causing this ?
