I've recently upgraded my laptop with XUbuntu to 19.10 and is very annoyed by new feature: when I tap at specific places on my touchpad (looks like it is right half of it) with tap-to-click enabled, it emulates middle mouse button instead of left one as I expect. This also happen on XUbuntu 19.10 live CD.
Where and how can this be disabled? I see no relevant switches in "Mouse and Touchpad" XFCE configuration. Of course, disabling tap-to-click stops middle clicks as well.
I'm using ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa to install nvidia drivers. If you'll go to "Overview of published packages" in its description (and filter by one ubuntu release for convinience), you will see packages like nvidia-graphics-drivers-***, where *** is a number.
So far so good. However, if you add this ppa to your system, none of that packages will appear (apt will say "no such package"), but some other ones (like nvidia-dkms-***, nvidia-utils-*** and so on) will.
How is that implemented? Is it implemented on PPA side (it show one to us but many to apt) or on apt/dpkg side (there is something special about package itself)?
Some time ago Dropbox began to warn me about supporting ext4 as FS only. As a happy BTRFS user I wasn't happy, but have done this:

Everything worked without errors, but Dropbox still says that I should use ext4 for its folder. What am I doing wrong?
I try to use uinput to make simple autoclicker. It worked just fine in linux mint 18.3, but something is wrong on Ubuntu 18.04.

UPD: I use cinnamon installed on XUbuntu. xorg.conf is auto-generated by nvidia-settings.
I've recently came from LInux MInt 18.3 to XUbuntu 18.04 and installed garry's mod and other source games via steam. When I launch it, some russian texts disappear. There is no problems in garry's mod menu, only while playing, but even in main menu in portal 2.

I use nvidia-drivers-396 drivers with cinnamon. Same problem appear both in fullscreen and windowed modes.
There wasn't any problems on my old mint 18.3. How can I fix it?

As I checked, /usr/include/SDL exsist and contain all reuired headers, and library files (.a and .so) is at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu. What is going wrong?
UPD: After replacing STREQUAL by simple boolean check I can see it:
