If you're going to suggest this as the solution, yes I know that but that's only effective for X11 not Wayland. I looked up for the solution for Wayland or the way to use xorg.conf on Wayland but there are no documents about it.
Symptoms: Tearing happens not only in videos but everywhere where rendering is happening(e.g. shaking application windows).
Device: UHD 630 + 4K/30Hz on HDMI 1.4
I want to display 4K/60Hz screen over HDMI 1.4, mapped to Intel UHD 630. Currently I don't know how to change YCbCr color space format of display output, nor whether this is supported on Intel UHD 630. There's so little documents on the webs...

While GS65's wifi module, Killer 1550i(which is roughly Intel 9560), doesn't supported in \~4.17 kernels, I managed to get the wifi working by compiling latest iwlwifi kernel module and including them.
But when I recover from the suspend, the wifi module is hard blocked(I could confirm this by sudo rfkill list all).
After the hard block, the airplane mode cannot be turned off by sudo rfkill unblock all or sudo modprobe iwlwifi. Googling suggests to use hardware airplane mode key, which is Fn+F10 on GS65, doesn't work in all situation(before/after hard block).
It's really frustrating since whenever I suspend my laptop for battery I have to reset it. Any help will be great. Thanks in advance!
My situation is there are two OS partitions that share the same disk, one is Ubuntu(16.04), of course, and the other is Windows 10. Windows's partition is /dev/sda2(/dev/sda1 is ESP), and Ubuntu's one is /dev/sda3. Ubuntu is installed in Btrfs.
There aren't many spaces in that disk, so I have no choice but to adjust the boundary of two partitions time-to-time, by the usage of the each partition.
Since the header(which probably has the information such as filesystem table, or maybe the bootloader like GRUB has to know the offset of the starting position of the partition) of the Btrfs partition has to be modified, my question is, "Is this still can be bootable with the header that moved?".
I have read many previous questions about the resize of the root partition, but there's no clear answer about the case that made the adjustment from the front of the partition.
I'm planning a server for the students studying Linux and have some rules for this.
All students will get the same server domain/port for SSH, and each own username/password(normal privilege).
4 servers will be clustered, and for all users not an admin it will redirect to each own Docker*.
All students will be able to access to the server through the internal network using a SSH client.
The problem is very simple, "how to access to the designated docker using SSH with the same domain/port for each user". It clearly means the server will have to redirect SSH requests to each own Docker depending only on usernames.
The final goal is that all students can write and build their programs on the Linux environment through Bash shell, and do pretty much everything else within the SSH session.
I have read various Docker and SSH documents but not been able to find an appropriate solution. Any help will be appreciated :).
PS.
While it's possible that it's XY problem, the reason why I want this because I don't want the server ruined by a single user. So you can suggest another way to acquire this requirement, of course.
I'm using Ubuntu 15.10(EFI 64bit) on MSI GS40 laptop, which has Intel Skylake processor and Nvidia's dedicated GPU.
I couldn't boot to Ubuntu's installation stage without giving GRUB's boot option 'nomodeset' and 'idle=nomwait'.
I searched throughout the internet, found out that I should install Nvidia's proprietary driver to boot without 'nomodeset', and solved that, but still I can't boot without 'idle=nomwait'.
I finished upgrading whole packages and it still can't. I searched again and I found that this option is related to Intel's C-State policy.
I could't progress further from here. Since I saw 'idle=nomwait' disables Intel's C-State function, I want to boot without this because it's laptop that I use outside. So I really have no choice but this, questioning to you guys. Please help me!
PS. Reinstalling it and going into installation screen or live mode, it says
ACPI : EC: Fail in evaluating the _REG object of EC device. Broken bios is suspected
, but I don't know any clue about it.
