Currently I installed openVPN on my ubuntu 14 VPS. When I try to start it from the admin web panel I get this error:

process started and then immediately exited: ['Thu Nov 3 11:17:49 2016 ERROR: Cannot open TUN/TAP dev /dev/net/tun: No such file or directory (errno=2)'] service failed to start or returned error status

When I try to start it from the console:

root@inforcer25:~# service openvpn start openvpn: unrecognized service

I downloaded the latest BytecoinWallet but for some reason it doesn't want to install.

At first I gave it perms with:

chmod 755 BytecoinWallet-1.0.11.amd64.deb

After that I tried to install it with:

sudo dpkg -i BytecoinWallet-1.0.11.amd64.deb

And the output:

It didn't fix it.

I downloaded and installed Vmware workstation Pro 12. When I launch it I get this:

I want to install metasploit and armitage on my ubuntu 16.04 LTS laptop running kernel 4.6

I've read blogs and posts on how to install it but the problem is is that they are outdated. The packages are not there anymore and or the commands dont work.

If anyone can give me an updated tutorial on how to install it that would be great. I also think other users that see this post and want to install it will also be thankful. Thanks.

I installed ubuntu without LVM. Is it still possible to make a snapshot of it? If so how can I do it? Keep in mind I never made a linux snapshot before.

Any way i can update to python 3.x? The version I am using is 2.7.11+ When I usesudo apt-get install python it says it's already at the latest version.

I installed Apache 2 using:

sudo apt-get install Apache2

Then tried to start it with:

sudo service Apache2 start

But ended up with:

Failed to start Apache2.service: Unit Apache2.service not found.

Hi I installed Ubuntu on this laptop. It's an HP notebook. After I close the lid it just shuts off the screen and stays on. It is set to suspend when the lid is closed but nothing happens. Everything is updated. Any help?
