I would like to make my Linux computer bilingual. Is it possible for two languages to be displayed at the same time as the languages of the GUI? If possible - How can I do it?

I installed Xfce4, Xubuntu-Desktop, and Ubuntu-GNOME Desktop Environments on my computer. Then I tried to remove them using the Terminal - and nothing happened.
I typed:
sudo apt-get remove xfce4
sudo apt-get remove xubuntu-desktop
sudo apt-get remove ubuntu-gnome-desktop
Now I have the Xubuntu-Desktop Loader and the Ubuntu-GNOME Lock Screen set as default. I've been trying restarting the computer several times, with no success in removing them.
What should I do now? (without reinstalling Ubuntu).

I have a MIDI Keyboard - Alesis QX49, which is compatible only with Windows and Mac. A Disc of Ableton Live came with the keyboard. (I've managed to install Ableton using Wine). Qsynth and QJackCtl are installed by default. I've been trying to setup the keyboard with these tools, with no success.
What should I do?

I've been looking for a Mac OS theme for Ubuntu for quite some time.
I came across MacBuntu, but I'd like to have something better. Then I discovered Mac for Linux: https://sourceforge.net/projects/mac4lin/?source=typ_redirect.
I downloaded it and extracted the files. It's written in the project's documentation - https://sourceforge.net/projects/mac4lin/files/OldFiles/Mac4Lin_Documentation.pdf/download - that I need to apply the GTK Metacity theme first - but I cannot find the proper window for changing a theme, despite having the Unity Tweak Tool. I cannot possibly start the process of changing the theme.
Today, I have received a new .doc document and wanted to open it using LibreOffice (Version 5.1.6.2).
The following warning message was displayed:

Macros may contain viruses. Execution of macros is disabled due to the current macro security setting in Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> Security (3 - High). Therefore, some functionality may not be available.
Then, I had no option of preventing myself from opening the document. Although the execution of macros is disabled, I am still worried about the possible presence of the micro virus on my Ubuntu (16.04.2 LTS) computer.
How is it possible to know whether my computer has been infected by a macro virus?
I ran a virus scan on my computer using ClamAV. ClamAV has found two virus-infected files.
Should I use the Quarantine Option on ClamTK? What should I do in order to remove the viruses? 5 or so viruses have been found on these 2 infected files.
The first file: "mixing console 101 setup.exe". The second file: "avgas-setup-7.5.0.50.exe".

Just installed Cinnamon 3.2.8 in Ubuntu 16.04.1. The Screensaver/Lock Screen wouldn't turn blank after a few minutes, and would remain on a Screensaver Mode all night. The computer just wouldn't sleep after I lock it. What should I do in order that the Lock Screen will turn blank? I cannot possibly find an option in the Screensaver's Settings.

Then I tried to install WICD. I followed everything and ultimately the Network Manager has disappeared altogether after restarting the computer, and I cannot possibly reinstall it.
UPDATE: Now there's WiFi, but there's no indication for the networks. Now I need to somehow reinstall Network Manager offline.
I've been trying to install the Xfce Desktop Environment more than once, with no success.
I typed:
sudo apt-get install xubuntu-desktop
and:
sudo apt-get install xfce4
(separately)
and then logged out and in again... but nothing changed, as I had no option to choose between two Desktop Environments.

Whenever I start a Video Call, I can see the person on the other side but the screen keeps flashing ceaselessly.
Furthermore, the person on the other side and I, can only see a closeup of my face. So I need to move away from the screen in order for the other person to see my face.

I'd like to make a Copy of a DVD using Brasero Disc Burner.
It says I can't do it because I haven't got libdvdcss.so.2 (Library), which I should install manually.
I tried
sudo apt-get install libdvdread4
and then
sudo /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
but the immediate output is
sudo: /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh: command not found
How should I install libdvdcss.so.2 manually?

I want to turn my Wireless Connection on, using the BIOS. The Wireless LAN Device is enabled, as seen in the BIOS. The option of Fn+F5 didn't work.
How can I access the BIOS Wireless SubMenu after pressing ENTER, when there's no indication of such a Menu when pressing?
