Is it possible to set up the root password using Ubuntu autoinstall (i.e. user-data)?

We want to use the new ubuntu autoinstall method Autoinstall. There are some problems getting UEFI boot to work. I've installed Ubuntu Server 20.04 with the normal installer and EFI method and then acquired the following user-data file.

The system install runs, but then on next boot I get dumped into the UEFI shell. are there some postinstall commands I need to run to get EFI working?

When I serve this config over http as suggested in this article, I can install the system just fine. However, when I put this config on my dvd, I run into errors later on in the install. For reference, here is my txt.cfg:

my installation fails after the partitioning stage. It's hard to say what's going on, but this is what I see:

I tried to configure this, but to no avail. Since I'm not really familiar with webhooks, I first tried to get any info at all and set up this config:

I then set up netcat on my local server like this:
nc -l localhost 8000
But on this socket I get nothing at all. I'm not very sure how to consume this service, but I'd expect to see any data at least.
We're moving our custom ubuntu installers from the d-i to autoinstall and I'm wondering whether it's possible to install zfs on the root partition automatically. Ideally I'd like to setup a raid-0 between two disks in my system formatted with ZFS.
I see no mention of this in the reference.
I have set a PATH variable in /etc/environment. When I log into my system as root, the path variable is correctly applied. However, when I log in as another user and then become root via
sudo su -
/etc/environment doesn't seem to get honoured. Why is that? How can I change it?

I'm trying to deploy OpenStack through Landscape but the Landscape UI says that
at least one machine must have multiple network connections.
I don't understand why my setup doesn't fullfill this requirement.
Here's the setup of one of my nodes:
As far as I can see, I have multiple network connections setup. eno2 is directly connected to the internet, however, if I ssh into the node, only the 10.0.x.x interface is brought up.
What exactly do I need to do to fulfill the requirement? And why are "multiple network connections needed?
I'm trying to install Landscape to a standalone server via landscape-server-quickstart.
Installation succeeds without any errors. I'm not able to access the Web UI from an external host though.
lynx localhost reveals the webserver is up and running and is showing the landscape UI.
I'm not an expert on Apache2 but I suspect the problem is related to SSL.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I also installed a x-server environment and can confirm the site works locally.
