Where do I have to complain about bugs regarding the crash report system of Kubuntu 16.04?
Or does anyone know about this bug?
Background: a few days ago I tried to send a bug report, wich Kubuntu offered me to do (HDMI-problems), but I got this Error message:
Unfortunately I can't provide any other useful information, except the Screenshot.
I already crashed a USB stick couple of month ago, this time it's a little more expensive, so I would like to repair it (last time I removed it without having savely removed, this time I have no idea why it's defect).
My two Kubuntu systems do not react to the usb stick, my two windows systems can't detect it correctly neither (nor repair it consequently).
It's neither shown in gparted nor in lsblk.
Sometimes lsusb recognizes it:

Yesterday I accidentally created a new (boot) partition with gdisk on my main drive instead of my external drive. However this created a new partition table, but since I am running Kubuntu on this drive the Kernel is not updated yet.
What's the fastest way to get bootable Windows & Kubuntu partitions with all my data and settings?
