To what format and how can I convert HTML file in order to translate it with Lokalize application?
I'm having problems with installing a webcam:

zipinfo: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /media/LWS_2_0/Setup.exe or

How do I solve this?
I've downloaded the package but as I'm trying to open it I get this message:
