Why can't I add some applications to favourites?

I'm using Ubuntu 18.10 with GNOME and 'Dash to Panel'. I don't understand why I can make some opened apps favourites (with right click) but not others (like caffeine). Why?

Desktop scrambled after suspension

I get my desktop scrambled after suspension. And dont know what to do to solve it. Any ideas?

I have 2 screens (extended environment) with an nvidia GeForceGT 750M (dual nvidia-intel chipset laptop) and Im using Ubuntu 18.10
