Why LibreOffice show my the text in my laptop with bad definition?

Does anybody know one similar app like "A Pomodoro Timer for GNOME" which works with KDE? I use KDE and this one isn't compatible.
I use Kubuntu, and I have installed Plank Dock. When I open anything in Plank, the same will be open at left up tray. How can I deactivate those?
