I had Ubuntu 16.04.. LTS and it was working perfectly but after upgrading to 18.04.1 LTS It is really slow, it hangs randomly.

Is there a way in Ubuntu to find all the directories in a website?
I have a website, and I want to check the internal links (directories) of that website.
Something like this:

The problem with this website is when I enter something like ubuntu.com/cloud, it doesn't show the subdirectories.
I wanted to get rid of Windows so I made bootable USB and installed Ubuntu but what I see now is I have only one disk "Computer" which has 290GB free and 4.5 GB used . In Windows I had 3 disk namely C , D and E . I had important data on D and E . Anyone can help me how to recover it ?
