I've been using Bluetooth on this new Dell Laptop for about a year now... For several months with Ubuntu 20.04; and then Ubuntu 21.10 for the last 6 months... Until yesterday. Today NO Bluetooth! It's asking for a dongle!
I have made absolutely NO changes to the software or hardware!
I have tried many suggestions posted in Ask Ubuntu and other Ubuntu forums on the internet.
Would appreciate help from the Ubuntu community.
Using Ubuntu 20.04. When using LibreOffice Writer, the text/typing cursor (thin vertical line indicating the insertion point in the sentence) is very difficult to see.
How to make it:-
I was able to get it to blink....which is a slight improvement.
(Have searched in Ask Ubuntu and on internet; but very few and very old posts...none helpful for Ubuntu 20.04).
Few weeks ago I noticed that the 'p' key was not functioning normally. Since then I have had to press the key progressively harder for a 'p' to appear on the screen. Now it has stopped working. The last attempts (last 2 days), I pressed the key so hard that it could potentially have broken the keyboard.
I am now using the on-screen virtual keyboard to typppppppppppppppppppppppppe the 'ppppppppppppppppp' but this is exactly what happpppppppppppppppppppppppens when I click only once(!!) on the virtual keyboard's 'pppppppppppppppppppp' key. Maybe this strange result is a clue to the cause of the ppppppppppppproblem ?

My problem was experienced by several Ubuntu users a few years ago.
The difference is that I'm running the latest Ubuntu operating system (19.10).
I ran with Ubuntu 18.04 Disco Dingo about 1.5 yrs ago; and upgraded to Ubuntu 19.04 about 6 months ago. Never had this problem with both O/S versions using the same laptop (Lenovo ideapad 320).
The problem started about a month ago.
What is the solution to my problem ?
I am using Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) and have been unable to find an answer to my question. When another sheet in the same file is identified using the Trace Dependents function in Calc (blue line with square or diamond head), how do I know which sheet(s) and which cell(s) is(are) being referenced by the Trace Dependents function ?
The vertical and horizontal scroll bars in the Calc and Writer applications are too thin. Because of this I often open the Side Bar Settings Area by mistake; or aim-and-click 4 to 5 times to lock my cursor onto the vertical or horizontal scroll bar to actually scroll down or up the document I'm working in.
I have a new i5, 7th generation Lenovo Ideapad 320 and installed Ubuntu Bionic Beaver (5 days ago) from the ISO file stored on a bootable USB flash drive after I partitioned the hard drive about 50-50 between Ubuntu and Windows 10.
I have spent hours reading the "solutions" offered or tried by others, but have failed.
Upon attempting to save the changes I made to the widths of the scroll bars, the error message appeared:
Error writing gtk-widgets.css: Permission denied"
