I've updated my kernel from 4.18.16 to 4.19.1 but now the screen resolution is fixed to 1024x768 and Graphics in Settings>Details>About says I'm using llvmpipe (LLVM 6.0, 256 bits).

Also I've listed the modules loaded but there isn't nvidia driver.

How can I repair this issue? I've seen that also with kernel 4.19 other users had reported this issue.

Update: I've upgraded my distro to 18.10 and now if I remove the nvidia driver the system start and use the correct resolution (1920x1080). If I install the driver the system won't start and block at some point of the initialization such as Start Network Manager ecc and not reach login page.

I'm using Google Drive, mounting it automatically after logged in in online account, but I've read that Google Drive mounted doesn't keep a offline copy of the drive so any access take a long time. Is there a way to force Google Drive to be cache offline?

I had installed ubuntu 18.04 on my Desktop and network doesn't work, also the icon doesn't appear. I don't have wifi adapter.

I know there are many questions on this argument, but I want to be sure that the answer for old ubuntu version can be used for this version, so this is the question, how can I improve my battery life on ubuntu 18.04? I installed ubuntu in dual boot with win10 and I've noticed that ubuntu run more frequently the fans and the estimated battery life is less then win10. I've already switched to integrated intel graphics card and I've installed tlp, what can I still do?
