A Person Who Dislikes Windows's questions

I'm not sure if this is quite the right place as I'm now running Kubuntu, but I don't know of a forum or stack dedicated to specifically Kubuntu help.

I'm trying to run the GoogleIntegratedSystem theme for Conky, but it doesn't render the actual window. It doesn't crash, either; when I run the start file, the desktop flashes black for an instant and then I get this output:

I've found some indication that this is a problem with Conky 1.10 (which makes sense as the GISC theme is some five years old now) that can be fixed by rolling back to 1.9, but I can't find a repository that still hosts it - the original, apparently, removed it a few years ago and all of the forks throw 404 errors.

This is the conky configuration - should be almost completely the same as when I downloaded the theme, with the exception of the gcalcli command at the bottom, which used outdated syntax.

I found this Chuck Norris joke, and, being a Linux user (admit it, we are all convinced that Linux users can, in theory, do anything on their computer) immediately wondered if this is possible. I found an article on deleting the recycle bin in Windows (even though the system will recreate it), which for me simply confirms that it must be possible in Linux as well ;D. Please note that I have no practical use for this, I'm just wondering if it's possible. Also note that there is a big distinction here: I am NOT asking how to empty the trash, I'm asking how to delete the location that trashed files go to.

I have ripped the web up trying to figure this out. Bumblebee hasn't helped. I want to run Minecraft on the Nvidia GPU in my laptop. As far as I can tell, Ubuntu default runs it with Intel because Minecraft runs inside of Java, which, obviously, is not generally GPU intensive. I'm using Bionic Beaver, and the optirun command is broken. It throws an error that the nvidia-fallback.service is disabled, but trying to enable it reveals that the file doesn't exist. As far as I can tell, this is a Bionic Beaver problem. The primusrun command seems to work, but now I can't make it run Minecraft specifically. I feel like the problem could be fixed with an Nvidia application profile for Java runtime, but I don't understand the documentation on Nvidia's website. If someone can just post a rule key that forces an application to use Nvidia (and actually works; I found one, but it's "not recognized"), that would be great.

Ok, so I have searched far and wide for this. My computer is running Nvidia by default (so says all the tests I've tried, as well as Nvidia Settings). Despite this, Minecraft is still running on Intel graphics. I've blacklisted the intel card, no result. Does anyone know anything else? I'm running Ubuntu 18.04 on a Lenovo Y520 laptop
