exchange server 2010 Outlook Web Access - Exchange Control Panel WEB Interface

from what i can gather the mailbox bit of the web interface works fine.. when any of the users go to options (top right) and try to use some of the features such as the
Organise Mail > Delivery Reports to find messages etc... it comes up with a message ..
"An item with the same key has already been added"

I've looked in the event viewer and i think its this error ->

I've tried googling but no luck that's relevant :(

  1. Make sure you have the correct authentication methods set on your ECP virtual directory-- see http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/eebf98e8-f2ed-47b6-bff4-d854503be1a0#0f67c7d2-02b5-41a5-8060-1e881549f703 for a list of what should be set.
