Been away fro two weeks, turn on my main work machine, load up a playlist in audacious and playback stops after each track played. Tried it on random too, can't see any reason why in the UI. Never had this happen before in years of happy listening with audacious from 16.04 onwards!
Anyone got a fix? it's killing me!
Well it's pretty much in the title.
I did the Update to Ubuntu 18.04 with the update manager. However, now when I select several files in the file manager and hit enter, only the last in the list gets opened and played by Audacious.

Only when I do it following the steps listed in the last point, then Audacious opens all files and puts them in a list.
I ran these commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
apt show audacious
...and got:
Package: audacious
Version: 3.6.2-2
though the current version is 3.9 and on an Intel-PC I got:
Package: audacious
Version: 3.9-3~webupd8~xenial0
So, where can I find a current audacious for Raspberry?
I tried to compile from source, but got:
/usr/local/src/audacious-3.9/src/libaudcore/plugin-load.cc:68:undefined reference to `g_module_open
The Audacious music player presents playlist as tabs. File explorers like caja or nautilus provide very easy and useful shortcuts to change between tabs: ALT+NUMBER. Audacious lacks this functionality and I'm wondering if there is a way to change current playlist using only keyboard?
I was wondering if you would know a way to integrate audacious in the sound menu, just like banshee. The plugin inside audacious to put a status icon doesn't seem to do it.
