I need simple post server, to send emails, receiving emails, and possible to configure in some post client (evolution). What are minimum needs for this post server?
I tried
Configure on DNS (is it correct?).
Then install and configure postfix.
Then I made the user with classic useradd -m pepa.
I tried setup in client (evolution) with this.
Email: [email protected]
Receiving email: 85.255.9.219, port 143, imapx
Sending email: 85.255.9.219, port 25, smtp
Seems connected, but still not work, no emails are received, connection refused when I tried to send from evolution.
It is all I need (postfix)? And is my config right?
