Multiple passwords for Samba users // seperate password for Windows RDS Server

I have a SAMBA-Domain based on "https://www.univention.com/products/ucs/"

I would love to have 2 passwords for each user while one of them is always the same. the background is, that I have guacamole setup with SSO. so a user logs in using SSO but then needs to enter his password as soon as he connects to an RDS.

So allowing all users to login on my RDS Servers with the same password would work too. But they still need to have their own password for other services.

And just to make it clear.. this 2nd password would be only technical. no user would know it or change it. they would only change their normal (first) password.
