How to render parameter values based on other parameter in jenkins?

I have seen active choice parameter plugin from this link

Here, they have provided sample so that when I select a parameter, it should change the values of other parameter.

Like in Active Choices Reactive Parameter: Configuration Options (Example 02)

But, with me it is not working.
