I have the following configuration file:

frontend devopsdb
  bind    *:8080
  acl grafana_path path_beg /grafana/
  use_backend back_grafana if grafana_path 

backend back_grafana
  server grafana-dev 10.152.183.155:80 

What I need is that when I access the url (172.21.10.76 is my test VM and where HAProxy is): http://172.21.10.76:8080/grafana/ it is redirected to the grafana POD: 10.152.183.155:80

So far so good, it works.

But as soon as it is redirected, the path /grafana/ disappears from the URL and that's why HAProxy stops redirecting... - http://172.21.10.76:8080/login

Is it possible to keep /grafana/ somehow by HAProxy?

The same will happen with another POD /prometheus/

Since I'm not the best at networking, I need an answer more as a confirmation whether I'm crazy or dumb.

I've got a ISP router ZTE F6600R, and I've got a server running a VM with RouterOS. ISP router subnet is 192.168.1.0/24, and RouterOS has 10.20.22.0/24, and its WAN is 192.168.1.6. In my ISP router config, there is a "Static routes" list, in which I add my static route, and... it doesn't work. Whatever I do, tracert always shows that it goes out the router towards some upstream router, since am behind CGNAT. But I don't think that's important in this situation. Or maybe it is? That's why I come asking for help.

Now, the question is, am I just crazy or is there some functionality I don't understand. If I add manually static routes to my devices (windows for example), and point it to the RouterOS and specify the subnets and a gateway, it all works, therefore I believe I've set it all up properly, but I can't get the ISP router to do its job. All the routes are preset, I cant change them, the only one I added is the second down at the bottom of the page. I tried all the options, I tried other subnets, nothing works. Is there some priority, or something similar so whatever I do wont work because ISP set it like that or?

If you need any screenshots or configs or whatever, please ask. I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but I want to know more.

Idk if in here editing stuff bumps the thread, probably not and its most certainly dead but oh well, maybe someone comes across this and needs help. I found out that the router is routing correctly IF ITS THE ONE PINGING. I tried to see what's the issue again today and discovered troubleshooting tools in the router, tracert and ping, and with those I confirmed that I can ping, 10.20.22.254 (that subnets gateway) but I cant ping 10.20.21.254 (another subnets gw that isnt specified in the routes list), which is all good. Now why in the hell this doesn't work when I'm doing all this from my device... I'll dig more around and I'll post here what I find.

The thing I need to do is to shrink ext4 filesystem, and then recreate partition. Overall I know what needs to be done, the process is pretty straightforward. But there is one little thing that makes me paranoid.

If you read the man page, it starts with the words:

The resize2fs program will resize ext2, ext3, or ext4 file systems. It can be used to enlarge or shrink an unmounted file system located on device.

So, okay, it seems that it cat shrink ext4 fs. But:

If you wish to shrink an ext2 partition, first use resize2fs to shrink the size of filesystem. Then you may use fdisk(8) to shrink the size of the partition. When shrinking the size of the partition, make sure you do not make it smaller than the new size of the ext2 filesystem!

No mention of ext4 file system at all. Making a backup of the whole partition/fs is not an option, or at least, a major inconvenience in my case.

So, the question is - has anyone tried this? Can this program shrink an ext4 filesystem?

I'm trying to get Server Config Profiles working on a Dell R750 via the front Micro-USB port, but I'm having trouble getting the iDRAC to actually see the config files on the USB.

According to the documentation, a directory named System_Configuration_XML must exist in the USB root, and then two files (control.xml and config.xml, or maybe configuration.xml) need to be placed within that directory: control.xml specifies the config apply settings (reboot type, timeout, etc), while config.xml specifies the server settings (iDRAC/BIOS/RAID settings).
There is no mention in any documentation I could find on the specific filesystem to use.

I have tried NTFS, FAT32, exFAT and EXT2 filesystems, with the following file structure on each, with no luck. The log entry I've seen is similar to "the config file cannot be found, or there are multiple compressed files". I assume this means that the iDRAC cannot find the files, because I am not compressing anything.

Has anyone actually managed to get the USB-based SCP configuration working for the 14th-gen servers?

Our domain controller crashed and we have no way of recovering it. Our computers authenticated and connected to our old domain controller, and roaming profiles were disabled. Our users save files locally in c:\users\mylocaluser\ and used the domain controller for authentication to the network.

Now, we need to recover the files of a local user, but when we authenticate to our new domain controller, the old files are gone.

We tried to install the hard drive to another pc, but still the files seem to be gone.

I searched and found that perhaps the files may be at c:\windows\csc, but we can not have access to that folder. So we are stuck.

Have you ever experienced a similar problem?
