I have a Usecase where an Access Device need to reach a Core Device over the Internet. Access Device is configured with the Public IP of the Core device as of now so that it can reach the Core over the Internet.

However, we want to add another Public Interface via another ISP for Redundancy on the Core Device. The application that resides on the Core Device can only bind to one IP Address which means I have to use a loopback IP Address and have the two Physical Interfaces configured with Public IP1(ISP1) and Public IP2(IP2).

 If my Access Device need to access the Application which is bound to a loopback IP, the loopback IP need to be a Public IP as well right? Is it possible to have a Public IP for a Loopback that's reachable via ISP1 and ISP2?

I am currently trying to configure OpenVPN to access our company network remotely.

I have a question: when I configure the "client.ovpn" file, what should I put as Ip in this parameter: remote xx.xx.xx.xx 1194 ?

I can put the public address of the windows server but as soon as the server restarts the public address will change and everything will have to be redone.

How can you help me?

Whenever I create a VM, it is taking directly from "Public IP Addresses - Basic" quota,when it will use standard? And where to set that?

And what is the difference between them?

After restarts it set to "Network 2" instead of "domain.local". I have to disable the adapter, and re-enable to get back the "domain.local"

Why is it happening?

We have a lot of users on our VoIP software. The softphone checks each user's domain every minute, users make calls, send messages, etc. the usual VoIP stuff. Each user usually makes DNS checks several times a minute and altogether there are quite a few requests.

We cannot control to which public DNS the end-user tries resolving. When it is to Google public DNS sometimes, randomly it fails. To others like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) it always works.

We've researched this and the issue is not the amount of DNS checks from the end-user towards Google DNS, which we know has a limit. Actually, the issue is from Google DNS to our Name Server when Google refuses to check the subdomain SOMETIMES. It seems that there is another limit here.

Here is an example of an unsuccessful request towards 8.8.8.8 after a nslookup (the domain exists).

dns.google can't find 7157599388.sip.teltel.io: Non-existent domain

Any idea how to change this limit?
