Hello We have 3 nodes of SQL Server 2014 Standard Edition one of them as primary and the other one as Replication of the Primary using Transactional Replication database
We want to use the other 2 nodes to read operations and reduce the load of the primary node.
How could we configure in a load balancer like HA Proxy to split read operation from writes and send to node 2 and 3 only read operations? or Should We use other load balancer that allow this?
On a server running Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter, I have installed MS SQL Server 2014, using a very typical installation. On a Windows 7 client, I have installed SQL Server Management Studio 2016. I am able to connect to my SQL Server (as a Database Engine) just fine using SSMS. However, when I try to use SSMS to connect to Integration Services on the exact same server host, like so:
I get this error:
I do not believe I have SQL Server 2005 Integration Services installed since I did an out-of-the-box SQL Server 2014 installation, and I would expect (hope, at least) that the Integration Services matched.
However, I am able to deploy SSIS packages just fine and run them using SSMS from the Integration Services Catalog. I only run into issues when trying to log in directly to Integration Services or access the SSIS Package Store.
The version of SQL Server is 12.0.4459.0 (this is also the version of my Integration Services service, MsDtsSrvr.exe).
How do I resolve this?
OK, so i'm at my wits end.
We have a system which works perfectly in our UAT environment (not HA) but will not work in live.
so the config is:
HA SQL 2014 cluster
All the service accounts running SQL across the cluster are now the same (MSA's) i thought that might have been the problem, Alas no!

Microsoft-Kernel-Power error ID=41 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Data Center.
My server went down twice yesterday due to this error happening, causing the server to restart on its own. This is an Azure VM.
I checked the Device Manager and found nothing to be out of place or needing an update. Also found print drivers for random printers that I did not install. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated.
I don't currently have any more info than that.
What is the difference between the "Extract data-tier application" and "Export data-tier application" in the SSMS Options when right-clicking on a database?
